If the average person does not read the nutritional ingredients sheet, it is easy to mistake this jar containing 30g of real protein. Still, if you look closely, you will see 3 ingredients: L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Leucine ( 7g), and it s considered whey protein.
This place is very misleading to some people who are not very knowledgeable about Whey, and I think the real protein content of this product is only 20-23g, not 30g of Protein as advertised.

I used vanilla flavor and felt it was pretty good in terms of taste even though it's a bit sweet, but it's okay; you can easily adjust it by adding water or blending it with fruits.
A strong point of Muscletech Nitro-Tech is that its solubility is excellent, just put it in the shaker and shake your hand a few times, it dissolves completely.
Side Effects
This product comes from Whey Isolate as its main source, so I don't have the digestive problems that I used with previous Whey Concentrates, which is also a point of interest.
